Expertise and Experience
Mark McQuality is an accomplished attorney who has zealously represented his clients for more than 30 years with passion and skill at the negotiation table and in trial. He understands his clients’ goals and communicates effectively with diverse decision makers to accomplish those goals. Mr. McQuality represents clients in a variety of consumer, fraud, construction, real estate and business litigation matters. His success is the result of experience, creativity, preparation and hard work.
Mr. McQuality is a noted authority on construction defect litigation and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. He has been recognized among The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Construction Law and Construction Litigation, each year since 2011. He is a frequent author/speaker at continuing legal education seminars and has testified before the Texas Legislature on a number of occasions. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division for the State of Texas from 1977 to 1980.
Residential and Commercial Construction
Mr. McQuality has been an active member of a variety of public service and professional associations including the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Committee On Texas Pattern Jury Charges, the Committee For A Qualified Judiciary, the Hunger Relief Committee and numerous other committees. He has often served in leadership positions including Chairman of the Consumer Law Section of the State Bar of Texas on two occasions and four years on the Board of Directors of the Texas Young Lawyers Association. For his service, Mr. McQuality has been honored as an Outstanding Director of the Texas Young Lawyers Association and for over 25 years rated “AV Preeminent”, the highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and ethical standards. He is also a Life Fellow of both the Texas Bar Foundation and the Dallas Bar Foundation, organizations dedicated to public education and the system of justice in Texas.
