Rebekah L. Shulman

Expertise and Experience
Rebekah L. Shulman is a litigator and a Registered Patent Attorney with a technical background in the life sciences. She has experience litigating and licensing intellectual property, and enforcing intellectual property rights before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her practice includes representing clients in general civil litigation and business matters. Rebekah has also represented the State of Tennessee in administrative hearings. Prior to joining the firm, Rebekah clerked for the Honorable Amanda McClendon of the Second Circuit and the Honorable Mark Fishburn of Division VI, both in the Twentieth Judicial District, Davidson County, Tennessee.

Ms. Shulman is a member of the Nashville Bar Association-former Secretary, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association, Lawyers Association for Women, Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum-Inaugural Class and Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court. Also, Rebekah was appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court in 2016 to serve as a hearing committee member for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility.
