Fun Facts
Worthy is a third-generation Texan who spent the majority of his life in North Texas.  He also is a lifelong soccer player and participant in the North Texas soccer community. In his spare time, he can usually be found outdoors with his wife, Amy, and his two children, who also love soccer. Prior to law school, Worthy engaged in many creative endeavors, including being involved in SMU’s advertising “creative track” and working as a graphic artist. He credits this experience for allowing him to view the practice of law – and the presentation of cases at trial – in a unique way.
