Expertise and Experience
Conor G. Bateman’s primary practice areas include construction law, real estate, and commercial litigation and transactions. He is an experienced litigator and maintains a diverse litigation practice in which he represents businesses and individuals in federal and state courts and in arbitrations.
His representation of his business clientele also includes transactional matters including drafting and negotiating contracts throughout the United States, real estate transactions, and asset purchase agreements. In addition to his legal practice, he was formerly the Vice President of a title company and is also a mediator.
His clients include a wide array of business entities, including contractors, subcontractors, owners and developers, financial institutions, technology companies, real estate partnerships, and families and individuals in real estate litigation.
Mr. Bateman has been selected to the list of Texas Rising Stars by Thomson Reuters in 2005, 2007-2008, and 2010-2017 for his work in construction litigation. The Rising Star list is reserved for the top Texas attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger or who have been practicing law for less than 10 years.

Outside the office Conor enjoys spending time with his wife Megan and children Sloane and Brooks, loves to travel, and enjoys golf on rare occasion. He also enjoys Irish music and culture and while he has only made one journey to the Emerald Isle, he has planned hundreds more.
