Caryn Campbell

Expertise and Experience
Caryn primarily assists clients with employment and employee benefits issues. She works with clients from the counseling stage through litigation, defending clients facing employment-related claims such as discrimination and harassment.  She advises businesses on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, the ADA, the Fair Labor Standards Act, HIPAA, USERRA, and the ADEA.  Caryn has extensive experience working with qualified and non-qualified plans, welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements, including compliance with 409A.  She also assists clients with commercial transactions and a variety of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction and real estate cases, state regulatory compliance, and environmental disputes.
