Rich Lowe has substantial experience in corporate and securities law, complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private company finance, venture capital, start-up companies, Regulation D, restructurings and health organizations.  Mr. Lowe is licensed in both Texas and California.  Professional memberships include the State Bar of Texas (Business and Health Law Sections), the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association (Business, Private Equity and Venture Capital, International Law and Health Law Sections), the Dallas Bar Association and Tarrant County Bar Association.  Mr. Lowe holds a Martindale-Hubbell® AV® PreeminentTM (5.0) rating, and has been named a Texas Super Lawyer (Acquisitions and Mergers) and a Top Lawyer (Acquisitions and Mergers), among others.
